Easy transportation and installation

Due to its relatively low weight (2100 kg) UTU 3D printer can be easily moved by crane on the construction site. The UTU 3D printer can be quickly installed withing 2-3 hours on the site and be ready for printing. The UTU 3D printer can be disassembled easily by dismantle its vertical column and be prepared for its convinient transportation. It can be loaded on the truck by crane or by truck’s manipulator.

Saving maintenance costs

The UTU 3D printer has a strong and rigid design, low number of its moving parts. Minimal maintenance reduces downtime and operating costs.

Innovative design solutions

Absence of hydraulic units

Hydraulic units are resource-consuming in operation and require special permission for the operator. Electric stepper motors and gears are used іnstead of hydraulics which ensure very high printing accuracy. Vertical and horizontal printing tolerances are less than 1 mm.

Placement of the mortar mixing unit at the end of the main boom

This is a unique engineer solution that balances the 3D printer and shortens the length of the mortar pipe thereby guaranteeing high printing quality.

Protection against mortar solidification in the pipe

The design of the 3D printer includes sun visors. This technical solution reduces the probability of the mortar pipe damage due to mortar solidification inside thus it reduces the amount of waste.

Reinforced vertical column

The column contains four vertical linear motion guides fixed by stiffeners along the entire length, which guarantees the necessary rigidity of the structure.

The cost of the printer starts from USD 355,000, depending on the configuration (+ VAT if sold in Ukraine).

Payment terms:

  • - 70% advance payment and 30% upon completion of production, before shipment.
  • - Delivery from Ukraine, Kyiv region
  • - Production time is approximately 4-5 months
